Selling Your Home

Selling a home can be a daunting process for anyone. My job is to make it as easy as possible for you, encouraging you, coaching you, and remaining in close communication with you through the entire process.

Many people ask me questions that are difficult to answer, like how long will it take to sell, how many people will look at it each week, or what is the market going to be like 6 months from now.I always joke with people and tell them if I were able to accurately answer any of those questions, I would already be rich and spending my days lying on a beach....

 

One unique marketing tool that I feel sets me apart from many agents is that I create a unique website for each of my listings. I create the domain name to match the property address and direct traffic to that site through advertising and signage on the yard sign. That allows the public to easily access the property website for more photos and house information. For instance, the website would be www."youraddress".com.
